Vivitrol (Medication Assisted Therapy/Medical Assessment):  Medical Assessments are completed by a licensed medical professional to assess the appropriateness of this treatment.  Offered to individuals who are 18 years of age.  Vivitrol is an injectable time release nonaddictive craving blocker for alcohol and/or opioid dependence.  Reduces cravings/urges therefore individual can focus on treatment, work, etc.   Vivitrol must be accompanied by psychotherapy.   Injection every 28 days.
