PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

     Ed started his career in Judicial where he had the privilege of serving as a Probation Officer and Probation Supervisor for over 20 years.   He transitioned from Judicial to our Behavioral Health Programs at Gateway To Success in 2017.  He is very passionate in his work with people and believes that everyone deserves quality care and to be treated with respect.  He understands people makes mistakes in their lives and can learn from those mistakes to become better and stronger individuals. As the Director of Administrative Services, he is the on-site supervisor in the Colorado Springs Office and leader of the Medical, Restoration and Administrative teams.  He is also responsible for coordinating with local agencies concerning programs and service needs.  It is his goal to meet people where they are and promote access to quality services in an expedited manner.
