PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

     Mr. Donald started his career in recovery supportive services for 10 years where he was the Director of a faith-based safe, structured and supportive residential program. He has been working in a clinical capacity since 2015 and is passionate about providing wholistic care. He is passionate about community development, restorative justice, policy practice and direct practice with justice system-involved men. He is a certified addiction counselor, trained in Caring Dads, Domestic Violence, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and the Acudetox.
